Loved the proximity to amenities and the subway! Amazing market across the street. Options for coffee and food nearby. Studio room was perfect. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The 2nd floor lounge area was a great place to relax.

The location was fantastic, with multiple subway lines just a short walk away. The spaciousness of the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was a pleasant surprise. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with essential dishes and cookware. there were plenty of dining options nearby and a convenient grocery store just a couple blocks away.
The table in the apartment only had seating for two, a bit inconvenient for a larger group. It would have been nice if there were local channels available on the TV for news and weather updates.

The apartment was beautifully designed with stylish furniture, showcasing excellent taste. The facilities were excellent, including a fitness room, lounge/playroom with a printer, and a laundromat. The kitchen was well-equipped with top-quality appliances and utensils, nice for convenient cooking and baking. The hotel's location near Fulton St station and the financial district made it very convenient for transportation and exploring the city.

The rooms are clean and spacious, providing ample closet storage for organizing belongings. the check-in and check-out process is easy and hassle-free. the hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay for solo travellers.
There were some issues with responsiveness and communication from the hotel staff.

The staff at Sonder At One Platt were helpful. When I had an issue with a non-functioning appliance in my original apartment, they quickly moved me to a different one. Despite the inconvenience, they made sure I had a comfortable stay. The location of the apartment was also excellent, with easy access to subways and nearby restaurants. I had a great experience at Sonder At One Platt.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from the closest metro station. The room amenities were outstanding, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed, and the leisure facilities were great, with a fitness centre and a flat-screen TV to enjoy some downtime. The room also had a washing machine and dryer, perfect for those who travel light, and the toiletries provided were of good quality.
Highly recommended to everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
